Toca Life: Hospital is a hospital simulator stylized for children. The medical center, in which the player has to treat patients has five floors. This is where people's lives begin and end. The player will have to deliver babies, giving life to new inhabitants of the city, treat various diseases, and say goodbye to those who are imminent death.

Each of the five floors has a different purpose. The first floor is the basement, the second floor is the main entrance. The third floor houses the laboratory, where research is done, as well as the rooms where patients are treated. The fourth floor is where elderly patients are cared for, and the fifth floor has a common room.
